Ceremony is the sacred space in which we are deeply held — through change, through healing, and through remembrance. It is a way of honouring the unseen, of marking life transitions, and of witnessing the truth of who we are. For centuries, people have gathered in ceremony to connect with the divine within them, to share in community, and to cross thresholds of becoming. Ceremony brings us back to the body, back to the Earth, back to spirit. It creates a safe container where healing can unfold, where energy can move, and where the soul is invited to know itself.

Each Red Tent gathering is held in reverence to the feminine with herbs or cacao, womb meditation, storytelling, and rituals of remembrance.

After my time spent in Guatemala, learning from Mayan elders and connecting with the wisdom of the cacao plant and the spirit of the jungle, I offer this heart-opening medicine to those seeking inner peace, heart-expansion, connection and insight.
