Ten years ago, I was living a life of unalignment and disconnect. I was lost, existing with no compass in my hands or in my heart. Living that way - disconnected from myself - caused me to spiral into negative states of mental health and engage in patterns of escapism. It wasn’t until I made a courageous decision to change the course of my life that I found my true purpose and started to witness the signs that were guiding me in the right direction. Now I want to help you do the same.
