Kundalini Activation is a spiritual and energetic practice designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and inner transformation. While many people find it deeply enriching, it is important to understand that it is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or therapy.
Kundalini Activation can be a valuable part of a holistic approach to emotional and psychological well-being, but it is not a standalone solution for past trauma or ongoing mental health challenges.
Trauma is not “healed” as such. It can be met with loving compassion, witnessed and then alchemised so it is no longer something which lives with you.
We are beings that walk in shadow and light. What the modern world calls “healing” is actually the ability to meet your pain, not erase it.
If you are working through trauma, mental health issues, or heightened stress, it’s recommended to integrate this practice alongside professional care and supportive practices that meet you where you are on your unique journey.
During Kundalini Activation, some individuals may experience intense physical or emotional sensations, particularly if the sympathetic nervous system is highly activated. I am a trauma-informed practitioner and can hold you through deep emotional release, however, if you are experiencing intense anxiety (panic attacks), overstimulation, or debilitating emotional overwhelm, gentler practices—such as a sound bath, or guided meditation—may be a more appropriate starting point before a Kundalini Activation Ceremony.
When deciding to join a ceremony, allow yourself to be guided by your intuition. Sit quietly and ask, is this calling me right now? Am I open to receive the messages and not escape them? Do I have capacity to meet what is asking to be seen? All of these questions will help you on your path.

I am a ceremonial priestess, initiated in sacred energy activation, somatic bodywork and meditation. I hold ceremony and rites of passage as spaces for transformation and connection to the unseen, guiding others back to their truth, their body, and their inner knowing.
A little more about why I do this…
I've been energetically sensitive since I can remember. Then, I was put into a Western school and forgot the knowledge that always lived within me.
At 29, I trained in Reiki Healing in Thailand. At 35, I trained in meditation in Nepal. And at 38, I trained in Kundalini Activation in Crete. But this knowledge and wisdom didn’t feel like it was being learned. It felt like I was remembering something age-old. That is, that we are more than a body—we are a living frequency.
I’ve felt how working with the energetic field, both on myself and with others, can offer life-changing effects. I’ve cured my eczema through energy healing, regulated my nervous system after years of overstimulation and CPTSD, and have learned how to nurture my mind, body and spirit with the help of these energetic arts.
This is not new-age or woo-woo. This is ancient medicine. And it's an honour to become devoted to this practice once again. After years...or after lifetimes, I feel like these modalities have risen again to help people remember the power that has resided in them all along.

Is Kundalini Activation the same as Reiki or traditional Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini comes from the Sanskrit word meaning “coiled” and is traditionally represented as a serpent resting at the base of the spine, symbolising our dormant spiritual energy. While these practices share an interest in life force energy, they are different experiences. Reiki involves gentle hands-on or hands-off energy work, while Kundalini Yoga uses structured movement, breathwork and meditation. I am trained in a specific lineage of female priestesses, and our work traces back to Egyptian times. I also weave in my own Shamanic Earth wisdom to guide and transmute your energies back to the Great Mother.
Is Kundalini Activation & Energy Alchemy safe for everyone?

Kundalini Activation is a powerful energetic experience that can invite us into deeply meditative and altered states of consciousness, where emotions, sensations, memories and spontaneous movements may arise.
As a trauma-informed facilitator, I hold this work with deep reverence for the nervous system and each person's unique capacity. We honour the body's window of tolerance, allowing space for the experience to unfold without forcing intensity or emotional release. You are always welcome to slow down, ground yourself or stop.
While many people find Kundalini Activation deeply meaningful, it is not suitable for everyone. If you have a history of seizures, significant mental health concerns or other medical conditions that may be affected by intense somatic experiences, please contact me before booking and seek appropriate medical guidance.
My intention is not to push you beyond your limits, but to create a space where you feel supported, respected and able to integrate whatever arises.
Do I need previous experience with meditation or energy healing?

Some experience with meditation, energy work or altered states of consciousness can be beneficial, but it is not necessary. What matters most is your intention and willingness to remain open to the experience. I work with the energetic field, inviting you to soften, surrender and receive. The more willing you are to release expectations and control, the greater the potential for a deeper and more transformative experience.
What should I do after a Kundalini Activation ceremony?

I will share with you a post-integration guide after each session. Give yourself space to integrate. You may wish to rest, drink water, journal, spend time in nature or reflect on what arose during your session. I also offer space for sharing and integration, so you do not have to make sense of your experience alone.
During my ceremonies,

A dedicated altar space and offering to open the ceremony
The optional use of herbal medicines like sage, palo santo, tea, cacao, etc.
An acknowledgement of the land and the elements
An honouring and welcoming of ancestors and beings from the otherworlds

I take a non-dogmatic approach to all my ceremonies and do not follow any one particular faith. Instead, I bring in my beliefs around the interconnectedness of all beings, past and present, as well as my clairsentient ability to feel the energies around us.

My Initiation into the Temple of KA
An ancient remembrance. A sacred sisterhood.
When I first felt the call to travel to Crete, Greece, to train in Sacred Feminine Kundalini Activation with Iva Kelsey Phillips, it was a whole-body, whole-soul YES.
I had no idea how I would afford the journey or make the time to be there, but everything in my being knew I had to go. It was one of those moments when the soul speaks so loudly that the mind simply has to surrender.
What unfolded over that week was beyond anything I could have imagined.
Together with nine extraordinary women, I met my power again for the first time in what felt like lifetimes. We witnessed one another, amplified each other's gifts and remembered something ancient within ourselves.
I arrived with one intention: to move through fear.
And since that initiation, my life has been one miracle after another (with a few journeys into the underworld along the way, too).
What I hadn't anticipated was the depth of sisterhood that would emerge. These women have become my galactic soul sisters, and our connection continues to deepen across oceans and continents.
