Sacred Feminine Rage Ceremony: A Ceremony of Primal Expression, Release & Reclamation

An invitation to safely explore the wisdom beneath your anger and give voice to what has been held for far too long.

Your Rage is Sacred 🔥

There are emotions many women have been taught are acceptable.

And then there are the emotions we have been taught to suppress.

From a young age, many women learn to swallow their truth, silence their needs, and carry the weight of disappointment, betrayal, heartbreak, and exhaustion quietly. We smile when we want to scream. We stay when we want to leave. We accommodate when our bodies are crying out for boundaries.

Over time, what remains unspoken does not disappear. It lives in the body.

These Sacred Feminine Rage Ceremonies are an invitation to safely explore the wisdom beneath your anger and give voice to what has been held.

Why Rage? 🔥

Beneath a woman's rage often lives grief.

Beneath grief often lives heartbreak.

Beneath heartbreak often lives a deep longing to be seen, heard, respected, loved, and honoured.

Rage can be a powerful catalyst for transformation when it is acknowledged, witnessed, and expressed consciously.

What is Primal Expression? 🔥

Primal expression is the conscious release of emotion through the body.

Long before modern therapy rooms existed, human beings moved, sounded, cried, shook, danced, wailed, and expressed emotion collectively within community.

The body was never designed to intellectualise every feeling.

Sometimes it simply needs to move.

Throughout the ceremony, you will be guided through a series of carefully facilitated practices designed to help release held emotion through movement, sound, breath, voice, and embodied expression.

  • "I attended a Women's Rage Ceremony — not knowing what to expect. What I found was a small intimate gathering of like-minded women who felt safe to move the energy through their bodies and RELEASE 🔥💫. Release years (even generations) of suppressed anger, sadness, fear and doubt stored in the body. The body knows and remembers. I shut my eyes and let my body do what it needed. I moved and remembered. In a safe space I screamed, cried, laughed and loved all that I am. No judgement from self or others. Being held 🙌 in a safe space by others is what connection truly looks and feels like 💗
